Subprocessor List
A subprocessor is a third party that Stewardvine engages to process data in order to deliver the Service. This template lists the subprocessors Stewardvine uses and what each handles. It is illustrative and must be finalized by counsel to match Stewardvine's actual stack before it is relied upon. It supplements the Data Processing Addendum.
Stewardvine never receives donor payment-card data. Card data is captured within Apple hardware and encrypted to Square for processing and settlement into the parish's own Square account. Stewardvine receives and stores donation metadata and account information — not card numbers, and never donor funds.

This list is illustrative and must be finalized to match the real stack before publishing. Confirm each entity's legal name, role, data categories, and hosting location with counsel.
Notice of changes & objection right
Stewardvine will notify Parishes of material changes to this list — including the addition of a new subprocessor — before that new subprocessor begins processing Parish personal data, via [to be finalized], giving at least [to be finalized] advance notice where practicable.
Parishes may object to a new subprocessor on reasonable, data-protection grounds as described in the Data Processing Addendum. If an objection cannot be resolved, the remedies in the DPA and the [to be finalized] apply.
